In my first article about mobility #1  I explained that we should all be able to do basice maintenance on ourself and introduced the course. In this article #2 of our extensive mobility series, we will dive deeper into the Checklist for which mobility system to target.

To become antifragile and master yourself you should have a goal of doing basic maintanance on yourself.
